The Macau restaurants owned by Melco Resorts boast a collective total of 7 Michelin stars

In the latest edition of the Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau 2023, a total of seven Michelin stars have been awarded to four restaurants owned by Melco Resorts & Entertainment.

Melco Resorts & Entertainment has received a total of seven Michelin stars for four of its renowned restaurants located at City of Dreams, Studio City, and Altira Macau.

Jade Dragon, the company’s Cantonese fine dining establishment, has secured the highest honor of three Michelin stars for the fifth year in a row. Meanwhile, Alain Ducasse at Morpheus, which serves French cuisine, has been awarded two Michelin stars for the fifth consecutive year.

Additionally, Melco’s Pearl Dragon, a Cantonese restaurant situated at Studio City, and Ying, another Cantonese restaurant located at Altira Macau, have both been awarded one Michelin star.

According to Lawrence Ho, Melco’s Chairman and CEO, the company is delighted to have received such a prestigious recognition from the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong Macau. The awards highlight Melco’s ongoing efforts to boost Macau’s status as a global hub for tourism and entertainment, as well as its role in the worldwide culinary arena as a UNESCO-designated Creative City of Gastronomy.

Ho further added that the credit for this achievement goes to Melco’s culinary and F&B teams for their unwavering dedication and hard work. The company will continue to push boundaries by providing new, innovative, and diversified world-class offerings to attract and welcome guests and visitors to its Macau properties and beyond.

Melco’s Michelin-starred restaurants have previously garnered recognition from esteemed food and travel publications, such as Forbes Travel Guide, Black Pearl Restaurant Guide, Gourmet Global Elite Restaurant List, Wine Spectator, and SCMP 100 Top Tables.
