LeoVegas, a subsidiary of MGM Resorts International, has made its first major investment since being acquired last year, with the announcement of its agreement to acquire game developer Push Gaming Holding Limited and its subsidiaries. Push Gaming is known for creating highly entertaining digital games for betting and gaming companies and offers over 30 proprietary content games to more than 200 operators globally, including popular titles like Razor Shark, Wild Swarm, and Jammin’ Jars.

Gary Fritz, President of MGM Resorts International Interactive, stated that the acquisition aligns with their vision to expand the company’s digital gaming presence globally, and they are delighted to bring Push Gaming into their business.

LeoVegas CEO Gustaf Hagman expressed his excitement about the acquisition, saying, “We are thrilled to welcome Push Gaming to our extended family. The management team at Push Gaming has had a phenomenal journey, rapidly growing the company from a small start-up to a player with exceptional proprietary content and a robust customer base. We look forward to contributing to their continued success moving forward.”

Push Gaming will continue to operate under the same management team as part of LeoVegas, and its more than 100 employees will continue to develop high-quality games, distributed via their own platform and remote gaming server.

The acquisition is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
