The SOFTSWISS content hub boasts a collection of approximately 40 fish-themed games.
Among the Latin American countries, Argentina stands out as a particularly avid fan of these games, with an average monthly count of over 8.5 million spins on ‘fish’ games alone. This data highlights the strong preference for fish-themed games in Argentina and their popularity in the LatAm region.
According to research conducted by SOFTSWISS in partnership with game provider KA Gaming, fish games are gaining traction in Latin America (LatAm). In Argentina alone, the average number of monthly spins on ‘fish’ games exceeds 8.5 million, surpassing the results seen in some Asian countries. The popularity of fish games is also rapidly spreading in Brazil, Chile, and Peru.
Fish games are RNG shooting games based on fishing concepts, offering easy-to-learn gameplay, high payouts, and colourful graphics. In LatAm, particularly in Argentina, these games are favored due to their ability to place small bets and still offer high odds of winning. This aligns with the preferences of the local audience, who tend to prefer making regular small bets. Additionally, the mobile-friendly nature of fish games appeals to the LatAm audience, as they prefer betting on the go.
Gregory Penkov, Head of Sales at SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator, highlights that partnering with game providers allows aggregation platforms to quickly respond to operator demands and add in-demand content to their portfolios. The joint research conducted by SOFTSWISS and KA Gaming reflects the market needs for various games, including the growing popularity of fish games in LatAm.
Currently, the SOFTSWISS content hub offers around 40 fish games, with most of them developed by KA Gaming and available via API. This signifies the commitment of SOFTSWISS to meet the rising demand for fish games in the Latin American market.
