In 2022, SOFTSWISS made a generous donation of over €1,700,000
At SOFTSWISS, social responsibility is a guiding principle that informs our actions. In 2022, we were dedicated to giving back to communities in need, with a significant portion of our annual donations directed towards supporting the people of Ukraine, who were facing challenging circumstances.
As part of our commitment to social responsibility, SOFTSWISS openly shares the amount it donates to help victims of devastating events worldwide. In 2022 alone, our company allocated over 1,700,000 euros for this purpose, reflecting our ongoing efforts to extend a helping hand to those in need.
We firmly believe that social responsibility is a crucial aspect of our values at SOFTSWISS. In alignment with our social responsibility strategy, we joined the Truth Fund and made significant contributions to several charities from our marketing budget. Our commitment to supporting the Ukrainian people and other communities in need will continue to be a cornerstone of our social responsibility initiatives moving forward.
“At SOFTSWISS, charity plays a significant role, although the company’s founders prefer not to discuss it publicly, as they believe that the desire to help others is inherent in all people,” shared Yulia Oncheva, Chief HR Officer at SOFTSWISS. “However, when we become aware of the assistance the company provides to those going through the most challenging times in their lives, we feel a sense of pride and strong connection with the company and its values.”
She further added, “Through our various initiatives, we strive to make a positive impact on society and continue to prioritize social responsibility as an integral part of our business practices.”
Ivan Montik, Founder of SOFTSWISS, concluded by saying, “We are committed to making a positive difference through our charitable efforts and maintaining social responsibility as a core aspect of our business philosophy.”
In response to the devastating earthquakes that struck Turkey in March, resulting in the loss of over 50,000 lives and leaving approximately one million people homeless, SOFTSWISS took action to provide support. The company donated USD25,000 towards the procurement of container houses for those who lost their homes in the disaster.
Additionally, SOFTSWISS extended financial assistance to families who were raising children with disabilities and those who lost their relatives, to help them purchase essential supplies such as food and clean drinking water. These recent charitable initiatives aimed to aid the Turkish people in overcoming the aftermath of the earthquake and alleviate some of the hardships they were facing.
