San Diego Padres pitcher Joe Musgrove has extended his partnership with Sycuan Casino

San Diego Padres pitcher Joe Musgrove has signed a two-year endorsement agreement with Sycuan Casino Resort. The deal extends the previous year’s agreement that named Musgrove as the first MLB ambassador of the resort. As part of the deal, Musgrove will make exclusive casino appearances, participate in community events, and continue to be featured in marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media content.

The Sycuan Casino underwent a $260m expansion in 2019, which included a renovation. It now boasts 2,800 reel and video slots, 50 gaming tables, and offers various Asian games. In addition, it has its own app for customers.

According to Rob Cinelli, the general manager at Sycuan Casino Resort, they are excited to extend the contract with MLB All-Star pitcher Joe Musgrove for the next two years. He further added that Musgrove is not only an exceptional athlete but also shares the same brand values and commitment to the San Diego community. Cinelli mentioned that Musgrove has become an integral part of the Sycuan family, and they are eager to witness the positive influence he will have both on and off the field.

Sycuan Casino Resort has secured the exclusive casino partnership with the San Diego Loyal Soccer Club for the 2023 season. The agreement includes presenting rights for the “Sycuan Endline Suites” at Torero Stadium, located in San Diego, California.

The 60,000-square-foot gaming space, named the “Casino of the Moon,” is nearly finished with its thematic makeover. Additionally, the Sun Table Games Pit, featuring a bright and exciting atmosphere, has already been completed, and half of the main table games pit has been transformed with a Great Gatsby theme. The casino plans to celebrate its upgrades with an opening ceremony in May.
