Venetian Las Vegas Unveils New Venetian Rewards Program
Venetian Las Vegas Elevates Guest Experience with New Loyalty Program
The Venetian Las Vegas is set to revolutionize its customer loyalty experience with the launch of the Venetian Rewards program in March. This fresh initiative will replace the existing Grazie Rewards program, seamlessly transitioning members to the new system with their current tier status and accumulated points.
Enhancing Rewards with Innovative Tiers and Benefits
Venetian Rewards is structured around Tier Points and Rewards Points, offering a dual benefit system. Guests can advance through various tiers – from Jade to Sapphire, then Ruby, and ultimately Diamond – each offering greater value and exclusive perks. The program encompasses not just casino gaming but extends to other aspects of the resort experience, including accommodations, dining, entertainment, retail, and spa services.
Leadership’s Vision for Venetian Rewards
Patrick Nichols, President and CEO of The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, emphasizes the program’s role in enhancing the resort’s evolution. “Venetian Rewards marks a significant milestone, enriching our offerings not only for gaming enthusiasts but for all our guests. This program is designed to transform how guests experience The Venetian Resort and Las Vegas,” said Nichols.
Danny Ruiz, Chief Gaming Officer, highlights the program’s transparency and inclusivity: “Venetian Rewards stands out as the richest slot loyalty program on the Strip. Our transparent approach to slot earnings and expanded point earning opportunities allow guests to quickly ascend to higher tiers and unlock substantial benefits.”
Ongoing Investments in The Venetian Resort
In line with its commitment to continuous improvement, The Venetian Las Vegas recently announced a $188 million renovation plan for its conference center. This renovation, part of a $1 billion redevelopment effort, will introduce new design elements, enhanced meeting lounge spaces, and state-of-the-art technology. Additionally, the resort has launched a high-limit gaming lounge and a redesigned sportsbook at The Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino.
Expansion in Las Vegas: Circa Sportsbook at Silverton Casino Lodge
In related news, Circa Sportsbook has opened a temporary venue at Silverton Casino Lodge in Las Vegas, with plans for a permanent sportsbook launch in March. This new location features betting windows, self-service kiosks, and displays for major sporting events, marking Circa Sports’ expansion into southwest Las Vegas.
A New Era of Luxury and Gaming at The Venetian
The Venetian Las Vegas, with its innovative Venetian Rewards program and ongoing enhancements, is poised to redefine luxury and gaming in Las Vegas. Guests of The Venetian can look forward to an enriched experience that harmoniously blends entertainment, relaxation, and gaming excitement.
