EveryMatrix, a B2B iGaming supplier, has completed the acquisition of DeepCI, an affiliate optimisation service. The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
Following the acquisition, the DeepCI team will become part of EveryMatrix, with Lewis Civin, CEO and co-founder of DeepCI, continuing to manage the business as an independent division within the EveryMatrix Group.
Despite being established just three years ago, DeepCI has already achieved profitability and provides services to prominent betting and gaming brands such as bet365, 888.com, Betway, and Betsson. Their proprietary technology enables them to monitor numerous affiliate sites globally, accurately identify the presence of gaming brands on each page, and assess their exposure and effectiveness. This allows DeepCI to provide actionable recommendations to operators.
Ebbe Groes, CEO of EveryMatrix, expressed admiration for DeepCI’s data-driven tools and emphasized the benefits they would bring to customers. He also noted the synergies with EveryMatrix’s affiliate management product, PartnerMatrix.
Lewis Civin highlighted the positive impact DeepCI’s product has had on iGaming brands worldwide and expressed excitement about joining EveryMatrix. He mentioned the opportunity to accelerate development, create innovative tools, and leverage the expertise available within EveryMatrix.
EveryMatrix had a successful financial year in 2022, with a 26% year-on-year increase in gross profit to €65 million. The company, headquartered in Malta, operates in 10 countries with 700 employees and serves over 200 customers globally, including the regulated US market.
