NeoPollard Interactive (NPI), which is co-owned by Pollard Banknote Limited and NeoGames, has revealed that Pick 3 and Pick 4 will be added to the North Carolina Education Lottery’s online play offerings. The games were launched in February, and will complement the Lottery’s existing draw game offerings, which include Powerball, Mega Millions, Lucky for Life, and Carolina Cash 5.

Players can purchase Pick 3 and Pick 4 tickets for up to 14 upcoming draws through NPi’s NeoDraw Interactive Central Gaming System. The system allows for number selection in various ways, including generating a random set of numbers, using saved favorite numbers, or building a new set of numbers. Players can also add the Fireball feature to increase the number of combinations to match and win.

Mark Michalko, the executive director of the North Carolina Education Lottery, stated that the lottery’s aim is to provide outstanding games to the players in North Carolina while maintaining the highest degree of integrity and security.

“The innovation we deliver through Online Play aligns with our vision to offer an entertainment experience that enriches the lives of our players and supports our commitment to increase the Lottery’s funding for education initiatives in North Carolina. We are excited to now give players the opportunity to purchase Pick 3 and Pick 4 games on web and mobile channels.”

NeoPollard Interactive’s co-CEO, Doug Pollard, expressed his pride in the partnership with the North Carolina Education Lottery and stated that the expansion of the product offering with Pick 3 and Pick 4 will increase revenue growth and consequently boost returns to vital education programs in the state.

“NPi is proud to partner with the North Carolina Education Lottery to generate essential funding for education programs throughout the state. This expanded product offering will contribute to continued revenue growth and, in turn, will elevate the Lottery’s returns to critical education programs.”

Moti Malul, co-CEO of NeoPollard Interactive, expressed that the growth of the North Carolina Education Lottery’s Online Play program year-over-year is proof of players’ desire to access lottery games through their preferred channels. He mentioned that more than 75% of online sales in North Carolina happen through mobile channels, indicating the need for continued innovation and growth in the Online Play program, with NeoPollard Interactive’s collaboration.

“The year-over-year growth experienced by the Lottery’s Online Play program is a testament to players’ demand for access to lottery games through their preferred channels. In North Carolina, we see over 75% of online sales occurring through mobile channels. We look forward to continued innovation and growth in the Online Play program through our partnership with the Lottery.”

Pollard Banknote, the joint owner of NeoPollard Interactive, was awarded a contract in January by the North Carolina Education Lottery (NCEL) to provide digital support. The contract is valid until October 31, 2025, and has the possibility of being renewed for up to three additional years in one-year increments.

Pollard Banknote’s contract with the NCEL broadens their existing ten-year relationship, which already includes an iLottery solution with a comprehensive omnichannel player engagement and loyalty program.
