SOFTSWISS Launches Back Office AI Workflow for Casino Platform Operators

SOFTSWISS has added Back Office AI Workflow to its Casino Platform, letting operators run segments, tournaments and CMS pages by chat with human sign-off.

SOFTSWISS rolled out Back Office AI Workflow on 30 October 2026, adding a chat-driven assistant to its Casino Platform that carries out routine operator administration instead of only advising on it.

The company says the feature goes past recommendations: an operator states the goal, and the AI performs the supported steps inside the back office. SOFTSWISS pitches it as a way to cut manual effort and get promotional campaigns ready sooner. The announcement is dated 30 October 2026, and the company will show the tool at SiGMA World Rome from 2 to 5 November 2026.

What Back Office AI Workflow does

The tool turns routine configuration work into a conversation. SOFTSWISS's own example is a promotional tournament built in one exchange: the AI defines which players should receive it, sets the tournament parameters and drafts the supporting web page in the CMS, short for content management system, the software used to build and edit site content.

SOFTSWISS lists six supported functions:

AreaWhat the operator can do
Player segmentationDefine and edit player groups and filter rules
Tournaments and lotteriesSet up and configure both formats
BonusesModify the supported settings of bonuses already in place
Game lobbiesControl how lobbies are arranged
CMSDraft pages and content
Player dataLook up chosen player details, bounded by the user's access rights

The tournament example explains the emphasis on speed. Audience building, promotion setup and page preparation normally sit in separate parts of a platform. Handling them in a single conversation is the efficiency gain the company is selling.

Human oversight and permissions

The assistant does not launch campaigns by itself. SOFTSWISS says it operates inside the access rights already configured for the user's back-office account, so it cannot go beyond what that person could do manually. Two actions are reserved for people: switching a tournament on and putting a fresh CMS page live.

The company adds that final accountability for important calls stays with the operator. In practice the AI handles preparation, and a staff member signs off on whatever becomes visible to players.

Mykhailo Hrechyna, Head of Operations at SOFTSWISS Casino Platform, ties the launch to commercial results. He says campaign speed has direct commercial value and calls the release "a practical step" toward making AI part of how casino businesses run.

How it fits SOFTSWISS's AI push

AI is not new to the SOFTSWISS product line. Earlier Gamingo coverage of AI-enhanced event streaming and the Bonus API looked at the company's earlier work in this area. Back Office AI Workflow extends the approach into day-to-day operator administration.

SOFTSWISS also notes that it named Denis Romanovskiy Chief AI Officer in January 2026.

Promotions are central to how operators use the platform, as shown when SOFTSWISS worked with Lucky Dreams on jackpot campaigns. Tournaments, lotteries and bonuses are the formats the new tool is designed to configure.

Industry context on AI adoption

SOFTSWISS sets the launch against its own 2027 iGaming Trends Report. According to the company, more than 80% of betting and gaming organisations have adopted generative AI, while the industry's overall AI maturity sits at 45 out of 100. SOFTSWISS reads that as broad adoption with shallow depth, which is the gap it wants this feature to address.

For operators, the practical question is how much routine work can be delegated safely. The permission model and the two mandatory human checkpoints point to assisted execution rather than autonomy.

SiGMA World Rome demonstration

SOFTSWISS will demonstrate the tool at SiGMA World Rome, the iGaming trade event running 2–5 November 2026 at Fiera Roma. The company is at Stand H4-4029, where operators can try the conversational workflow against their own campaign scenarios.

The company has used trade shows before, including when it showcased its technology at SBC Summit Rio 2024, and has kept widening its footprint, including its expansion in Poland.

What operators can take from it

The six listed functions define the current scope of the tool. Work outside them stays in the existing back-office interface. Operators weighing the feature will want to ask SOFTSWISS which specific settings count as supported and how the capability is made available to Casino Platform clients.

Status reviewed on 30 October 2026. Product details and AI-adoption figures come from SOFTSWISS's own announcement of 30 October 2026. More business news and EMEA coverage.

Frequently asked questions

What is SOFTSWISS Back Office AI Workflow?

Back Office AI Workflow is a feature of the SOFTSWISS Casino Platform launched on 30 October 2026. Operators describe what they want in plain language, and the AI performs supported back-office tasks instead of only making suggestions. SOFTSWISS says the goal is to reduce manual effort and speed up the preparation of promotional campaigns.

What tasks can operators run with the AI Workflow?

SOFTSWISS lists six areas: player segments and filters, tournaments and lotteries, changes to settings of existing bonuses, game lobby setup, CMS pages and content, and retrieval of selected player information. The last is limited by the access rights the user already holds. Anything outside those areas stays in the standard back-office tools.

Does the AI act without human approval?

No. The tool runs within the access rights already assigned to the operator's back-office user. Two steps need a person: switching a tournament on and putting a new CMS page live. SOFTSWISS also says operators stay accountable for important decisions, so the AI prepares the work and staff approve what players actually see.

Where can operators see Back Office AI Workflow in person?

SOFTSWISS will demonstrate the tool at SiGMA World Rome, held 2–5 November 2026 at Fiera Roma. The company is exhibiting at Stand H4-4029. The show follows the product's 30 October 2026 launch, giving operators an early chance to watch the conversational workflow handle a campaign setup.
