Following a breach of regulations, the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) has officially revoked Totup System’s license.

The breaches primarily involved non-payment of applicable license fees and compliance contribution fees within the specified timeframe.

Despite being given a 20-day window to respond and provide justifications, Totup failed to submit a response, leading to the cancellation of its license.

Consequently, Totup is required to immediately halt all gaming operations and refrain from registering new players.

Additionally, the company must settle outstanding fees amounting to €79,570 (£68,886/$85,775) owed to the MGA within three days of the cancellation notice.

Furthermore, Totup must remove any mention of the MGA and its now-revoked license from its website.

The company has a subsequent 20-day period to appeal against this decision.
