Effective from September 25, this suspension means Goldwin is now prohibited from conducting any gaming operations under its MGA license. The move is in response to a series of breaches identified by the regulator, highlighting growing concerns over anti-player behavior within the online gambling industry.

Interestingly, a recent investigation by NEXT.io confirmed that Westcasino‘s website does not display the MGA logo or that of any other licensing authority, signaling potential issues with regulatory transparency. KSA chair René Jansen commented on the fine, stating, “We can often quickly put a stop to illegal supply with an order subject to a penalty.
