Evolution Secures Isle of Man Software Supplier Licence, Expanding Global Presence

Evolution, a leading provider in the iGaming industry, has further strengthened its global footprint by securing a Software Supplier Licence from the Isle of Man.

This licence grants Evolution the ability to offer its services to Isle of Man-licensed operators, opening doors to new markets in a jurisdiction known for its robust regulatory framework. The Isle of Man, home to an increasing number of gaming companies, has gained a reputation as a hub for software providers looking to operate in a regulated environment.

James O’Kelly, Head of Operations at SolutionsHub, which guided Evolution through the licensing process, remarked: “More software providers are choosing the Isle of Man for licensing due to its reputation for trust and regulatory compliance.” The licensing process was a collaborative effort between Evolution, SolutionsHub, and Digital Isle of Man, with strategic support from the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission.

This milestone follows Evolution’s announcement earlier this year of its acquisition of Galaxy Gaming, a leading casino table games provider. The $85 million deal is expected to close by mid-2025, pending regulatory approvals, and will strengthen Evolution’s presence in the US market. In addition to its acquisition strategy, Evolution has also expanded into the US by launching live casino games in Delaware through a partnership with BetRivers in 2024.

The Isle of Man licence represents another strategic win for Evolution, as the company continues to grow its market reach and enhance its regulatory compliance in key jurisdictions. With a strong foothold in Europe and expanding operations in the US, Evolution is poised to maintain its leadership in the global gaming industry.
