Kambi has been granted B2B licenses in Sweden
Kambi has successfully obtained B2B gambling licenses in Sweden from the country’s gambling regulatory body, Spelinspektionen.
Kambi has successfully obtained B2B gambling licenses from the Swedish gambling regulator, Spelinspektionen, which will be valid from July 1, 2023, for a duration of five years. This development follows the recent acquisition of B2B licenses by other operators like LeoVegas last week and Gaming Corps the previous month. The new regulatory powers granted to Spelinspektionen, as per a bill passed in December of the previous year, mandate that suppliers operating in Sweden must hold a B2B license starting from July 1.
David Carter, the Chief Legal Officer at Kambi, expressed satisfaction with the acquisition of the necessary B2B gambling permits for Sweden, highlighting the country’s significance as one of Kambi’s key markets. Carter emphasized the company’s commitment to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and regulatory requirements, which have been instrumental in establishing Kambi as the leading B2B sportsbook provider worldwide.
