Sportradar has recently unveiled its collaboration with Delhi Capitals, as the official technology partner for Delhi Capitals Academy. This three-year partnership aims to elevate the Delhi Capitals Academy program, focusing on talent identification and development across their extensive cricket academy network.
As part of the collaboration, Sportradar will be providing FrogBox, their cutting-edge live-streaming technology solution, which is already being utilized by over 500 cricket clubs across England, Australia, and Europe, to the Delhi Capitals Academy and franchises. The partnership also entails the implementation of a state-of-the-art electronic scoring app and a mobile-responsive match center, which will enable live streaming of matches, highlights, live scores, scorecards, and results. This innovative technology is set to enhance the overall experience of fans and players associated with the Delhi Capitals Academy.
Furthermore, as part of the collaboration, the Delhi Capitals Academy will also have access to Lilypad, Sportradar’s fan engagement and coaching application. This innovative tool will allow the academy to curate highlights from the live-streamed matches, compiling them into playlists that can be shared with academy students for coaching purposes or promoted on social media to reach a wider audience and showcase the academy’s talent and achievements. This cutting-edge technology will further enhance the academy’s coaching and promotional efforts, elevating its visibility and engagement with fans and players alike.
